NR Software Systems Acquires Hostmania From Net Sentry Corp.

Los Angeles, CA - September 1, 2003 - NR Software Systems, Inc., a leading provider of e-business solutions, announces the successful acquisition of Hostmania from Mechanicsville, VA based company, Net Sentry Corp. This recent acquisition opens a new avenue into the wholesale and self-managed services market. Hostmania will function as a separate business entity dedicated to bringing self-managed dedicated servers and colocation services into NR Software's service offerings. Under the NR Software umbrella of companies, Hostmania will continue to execute independent strategies and provide greater focus on it's opportunities, while still benefiting from the resources of the well established and profitable background of NR Software.

With the recent success of ColoMAX as a Managed Services Provider, the acquisition of Hostmania, will allow NR Software looks to meet the growing market.
